Have you ever wanted to run a marathon? Or climb Kilimanjaro in Africa? Or take a yoga class in that yoga studio you passed so many times on your way home?

Many of us want to stay physically active and feel energized. We want to feel balanced, fulfilled and excited about our lives. Yet, we have too many work and family commitments and often feel tired and overwhelmed. We do not have time or energy to take care of ourselves, work out and pursue our personal dreams and aspirations.   

I help busy professionals to pursue their fitness goals and master self-care. I’ve created the program that enables my clients to feel motivated and excited about living an active lifestyle, while effectively managing all other areas of their lives. You will learn how to take daily actions that create more fulfilling, balanced and satisfying life and enable you to become your best self. 

How can I  help you achieve your goals?

Why does life coaching work?

  • Your life coach has the ability to help you explore new goals, broaden your sense of what is possible in your life and provide real tools that empower you to reach your full potential

  • Often life coaches ask the deeper questions that clients might not otherwise ask themselves, making clients more aware of the “story” they have been telling themselves, including their motivations and limiting beliefs  

  • Your life coach can lead you towards making permanent and profound changes in the way you approach your goals. You’ll achieve more in less time with the support and tools of a skilled life coach

  • Working with a life coach, you will be able to transform any areas of your life you would like to improve. It is completely up to you what you would like to focus on, but quite often you’ll notice a gradual transformation in all aspects of your life within several months

How are we going to work together?

  • During our initial complimentary coaching session, we will review the areas of your life you would like to enhance or specific goals you would like to accomplish. People sometimes tell me about profound shifts taking place just as a result of this initial call

  • We will have three or four calls a month. Weekly calls give you time to integrate new ways of thinking and take actions each week towards your goal

  • Most of our life coaching sessions will be done over the phone or via Skype. So we can conveniently work together no matter where in the world you are. In-person coaching sessions are available for clients located in Manhattan, NYC

  • You will feel motivated and optimistic after each session and will look forward to your weekly calls as you are moving forward towards your goals

  • Many of my clients prefer my most transformative 3-month coaching program (10 sessions) with the option to continue month-to-month until they've achieved their goals
