Before January 2020 even comes to an end, most people will have given up on their annual commitments to themselves.
According to research by Strava, a social network and activity tracking service for athletes, data shows a significant decline in activity on January 12th, indicating that people start giving up on their resolutions in less than two weeks after New Year.
Some of the most popular New Year’s resolutions are:
- Exercise more
- Lose weight
- Eat healthier
- Focus on self-care (for example, reduce stress, get more sleep, etc.)
Maybe you have been there before, maybe you are there now.
You know exactly what you want in life and you know what you need to do it. But you can’t seem to get there.
It feels really hard and it get harder every day. You take one step forward and two steps back. You feel stuck. Sometimes, you just want to give up entirely.
I’m launching a 10-week small group coaching program to empower you to achieve your 2020 fitness and health goals. During this program, we’ll focus on working towards your main goal (or two) as well as creating powerful daily habits that will improve your life.
Your Main Goal
You will set one or two goals you would like to focus on during our program. While choosing your goal, you need to reflect on why this goal is important to you.
Ask yourself “How will my life be different if I accomplish this goal?” This will keep you motivated when times get tough.
Once your goal is identified, you’ll break your goal into weekly and daily actions plans that you need to execute to accomplish your goals.
We will work together to determine the best metrics for measuring your progress towards your goals and set up a tracking system.
Powerful Daily Habits
In addition to working on your individual goal, you’ll have an opportunity to learn more about various aspects of self-care and create powerful daily habits.
We will explore five main aspects of a healthy lifestyle: quality sleep, good nutrition, regular exercise, stress management and fun.
Every week you will receive an email covering one of these topics and will learn how to apply specific practices to your life to create and practice daily habits.
You will see quick and lasting results by using the latest, research-backed strategies for habit change.
Accountability and Support Group
Being part of a dynamic group of peers who work towards achieving their goals will accelerate your learning and growth. Each member brings their commitment to the group and contributes to the supportive learning environment.
On our weekly coaching calls, we will review each person’s weekly metrics, reflect on the progress and compare execution-to-date with the plan. We will also discuss any potential obstacles and setbacks and set goals and intentions for the upcoming week.
By following your weekly plan, tracking your progress, creating new powerful habits, participating in group calls and receiving individual support in one-on-one coaching, you will change the trajectory of your life and will accomplish more in first 10 weeks of 2020 than many people will accomplish for the whole year.
Included in the 10 Week Program:
- One group coaching call per week via Zoom. Calls will be scheduled on Mondays or Tuesdays at 7pm EST.
- One weekly email with the materials specific to the health area we are exploring
- Two one-on-one 30-minute laser coaching sessions (one is at the start of the program and the second one when you prefer)
- Private Facebook support forum
- Additional resources to support your journey
Your investment for this program is $500 if you sign up before December 25th ($600 after that).
The program will start the week of January 7th, 2020. Once you sign up, you can schedule your first individual laser coaching session before the official start of the program.
