  • We’ll identify what has been holding you back and create an effective action plan to help you achieve your goals.

  • We'll figure out how to allocate your time more effectively so that you have more time to do the things you love. 

  • By the end of each coaching session, you'll have a specific action plan for the coming week that will get you closer to your goal. 

  • We’ll work on establishing a daily routine to add more balance and fulfillment into your life.

  • We’ll create positive structures of self-accountability.

  • Through our coaching practice, you’ll become your best self: more energized, healthy and happy.

How are we going to work together?

  • During our initial complimentary coaching session, we will review the goals you would like to accomplish and lifestyle changes you would like to make. People sometimes tell me about profound shifts taking place just as a result of this initial call.

  • We will have three or four calls a month. Weekly calls give you time to integrate new ways of thinking and take action each week towards your goal.

  • Most of our coaching sessions will be done over the phone or via Skype. So we can conveniently work together no matter where in the world you are. 

  • You will feel motivated and optimistic after each session and will look forward to your weekly calls as you are moving forward towards your goals.

  • Many of my clients prefer my most transformative 3-month coaching program (10 sessions) with the option to continue month-to-month until they've achieved their goals.

Why does coaching work?

  • Your coach has the ability to help you explore new goals, broaden your sense of what is possible in your life and provide real tools that empower you to reach your full potential.

  • Working with your coach, you will be able to transform any areas of your life you would like to improve. It is completely up to you what you would like to focus on, but quite often you’ll notice a gradual transformation in all aspects of your life within several months.
