My 3-month coaching package is a great fit for you if you would like personalized guidance and support in working on your fitness and health goals.

 

During our initial coaching session, we'll break your goals into weekly and daily action plans that you need to execute to accomplish what you want.

I’ll provide a personalized training plan, examples of specific exercises, and a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and enables you to achieve your goals.

On our weekly coaching calls, we will review your weekly progress and compare execution-to-date with the plan. We will also discuss any obstacles and set specific goals and actions for the upcoming week.

We will also create a daily accountability system to help you stay on track between our coaching calls.  

In addition to working on your main goal, you will deepen your knowledge about various aspects of fitness and wellness, including quality sleep, good nutrition, optimal exercise routine, time management, productivity, and stress management.

 We’ll examine your daily routines, identify energy-draining habits, and replace them with more empowering ones.

We'll also examine and address self-limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from achieving your goals. 

Included in the 3-months coaching package:

  • Three 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month via phone or a video call with a total of 10 coaching sessions

  • Unlimited email support and check-ins for the duration of our coaching sessions

  • Personalized training plan adjusted on a weekly basis  

  • Nutrition analysis and nutrition recommendations 

  • Daily habit tracker and habit analysis
